This year's Cause for Paws Pageant is virtual, so our rules will be slightly different than normal, but our age divisions remain the same. Age division placements are based on how old a contestant is on January 1st of competition year.

Royalty Titles

Queens/Kings: 1 Per Age Division

The contestant in each age division with the highest email questionnaire score after the Supreme winners have been selected will be crowned. Winners receive an embroidered satin sash, custom Paws Pageant crown and gift prize package. These titles do not double crown.

Sophisticated Division Titles
Ms. (28-59) | Majesty (men 28-59) | Elegant (60+) | Refined (men 60+)

Sr. Division Titles
King (men 13-27) | Jr. Teen (13-15) | Teen (16-18) | Miss (19-27)

Jr. Division Titles
Princess (6-7) | Prince (boys 6-12) | Jr. Pre-Teen (8-9) | Pre-Teen (10-12)

Please note that our Princess and Jr. Pre-Teen age division break down is slightly different from many other systems. 4-5-year-olds may compete for Kinder titles but will not be included in the Prince and Princess title divisions the way they might be in other systems. As capable as some 4 and 5-year-olds may be, most places require children to be at least 6 years of age to volunteer, so we have set our minimum age requirements to meet those standards.

Kinder Titles: 1 Per Age Division

Jr. Prince (4-5) | Petite Princess (4-5)

The contestant in each age division with the highest email questionnaire score. Kinders do not compete for Supreme Titles but are eligible to compete for Overall Top Fundraiser. Winners receive an embroidered satin sash, rhinestone crown, plush animal, and gift prize package. These titles do not double crown.

Baby Division (ages 0-3)

Our baby division is for contestants ages 0-3 and this year's winner will be chosen from email questionnaires submitted by contestant parents. Please see our registration page for details. Babies do not compete for Supreme Titles but are eligible to compete for Overall Top Fundraiser. Winner receives an embroidered satin sash, rhinestone mini crown, large plush animal and prize gift bag. This title does not double crown.
