If you are looking to apply to become an appointed titel holder for 2022 Cause for Paws Pageant, please visit our Registration Page.

If you have been selected as an appointed title holder and need to pay your registration fee, please use the form below. (We use PayPal to process credit card payments, but you do not need to have a PayPal account in order to use your card.)

NOTE: A $14.25 USPS Priority shipping fee will be automatically added upon checkout. You can select to "Pick Up" for free once on PayPal's check out page if you have made arrangements to pick up your sash and crown in person. Also, the business name listed on your credit or debit card bank statement will say, "US PAGEANTRY."
